Terms and responsible use policy

1. Independent product status

T4BT is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Telegram FZ-LLC. References to Telegram are used only to describe software interoperability.

2. Permitted use

The software is intended for lawful Telegram Web workspace management and account operations, including:

• Managing sessions, monitoring account states, organizing messaging workflows, and handling scheduling for accounts you own or are authorized to operate.
• Running internal support, testing, moderation, marketing, or operational workflows within the limits of applicable law and platform rules.
• Internal operational use that complies with Telegram rules and all laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the website or the software for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activity. This includes, without limitation:

• Operating accounts, sessions, or datasets that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to manage.
• Using the software to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, or other harmful behavior.
• Violating Telegram terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or data-protection laws.

4. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality of the accounts, proxies, media, commands, schedules, and operational flows you use through T4BT. You assume all risk connected with misuse of the software.

5. Digital product delivery

Licenses are delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Trial, monthly, and annual access terms depend on the selected plan shown during checkout or during trial issuance. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery.

6. Refunds and access

Because T4BT is a digital product and license delivery can be immediate, refunds may be limited once a valid key or trial access has been issued. Access may be suspended or revoked if the service is used in breach of these terms or for clearly abusive activity.

7. No warranty

The website and software are provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every environment, or immunity from platform-side restrictions. You are responsible for testing suitability before relying on T4BT in production workflows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website owner and software developers are not liable for account restrictions, data loss, messaging failures, service interruptions, third-party platform actions, indirect damages, or claims arising from misuse, improper configuration, or unauthorized activity.

9. Data and communication

Purchase-related data such as selected plan, transaction status, email address, and order identifiers may be processed as necessary to complete payment, deliver the license, and maintain sales records. Do not submit data you are not entitled to use.

10. Acceptance of terms

By continuing to use the website or purchase a license, you confirm that you understand these terms, accept them in full, and agree to use T4BT only for legitimate and authorized workflows.
